Role Overview:

You are a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for independently driving insights that impact business performance and product decisions. Your role demands strong analytical skills, a clear business mindset, and the ability to comprehend customer behavior throughout the product lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Product, Business, Growth, and Leadership teams to transform data into actionable intelligence, moving beyond dashboards to provide explanations for trends and suggest future actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead business and product insights focusing on acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Collaborate with Product and Business teams to establish, monitor, and refine key metrics and north-star KPIs.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on customer behavior, funnels, cohorts, and feature usage to pinpoint growth and efficiency opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS, and self-serve reports as trustworthy sources of information.
  • Support experimentation and A/B testing by defining success metrics and analyzing results.
  • Proactively identify risks, anomalies, and opportunities through data-driven narratives.
  • Work with Data Engineering and Product teams to enhance data quality, tracking, and analytical capabilities.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualification Required:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics, preferably within product-led or consumer internet / fintech organizations.
  • Proficiency in SQL is mandatory with the ability to handle large and complex datasets.
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle analytics.
  • Demonstrated capability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end insights independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in engaging with senior stakeholders.
