Senior Associate UI/UX Designer

As a UX/UI Designer at NPCI, you will be responsible for designing features for the BHIM product with a focus on creating user-centric interfaces that are functional, intuitive, and visually engaging. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design digital experiences, creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs, implementing animations and motion graphics, conducting user research, and maintaining design systems and style guides.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centered digital experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Apply strong visual and graphic design principles.
• Design and implement animations, micro-interactions, and motion graphics.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience in designing for mobile and web platforms.
• Excellent visual design skills with knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout.
