Senior Associate - Service Now Developer

Role Overview: You will be a business application consulting generalist at PwC, specializing in providing consulting services for various business applications. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with external customers and develop robust and performant solutions - Create solutions while considering architecture and best practice principles for new business requirements - Focus on delivering configurable solutions and provide alternative solutions whenever possible - Perform Client Side and Server Side Scripting - Utilize Client & Server API's - Handle Administration tasks including Reporting Email Notifications, Creating/Editing Home pages, and Personalizing Forms - Demonstrate knowledge of HTML/CSS/AJAX - Debug ACL and have a good understanding of ITIL framework - Work on Transformation MAP, Scheduler, Connection with another database/instance, and Webservice - Set up MID Server and perform Update set migration - Customize and develop for the ServiceNow Platform using JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and other web-based scripting - Maintain business rules and security access using ACLs, roles, and conditions - Utilize multiple complex UI policies effectively - Create, maintain, and troubleshoot complex workflows - Establish internal and external / third-party integrations - Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project implementation with a focus on Incident and Problem Management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA, or a related field - ServiceNow Development experience of at least 3-5 years with Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, UI Policies, Workflows, and SLAs - Experience in implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, and Service Catalog) - Familiarity with Asset, CMDB, Orchestration, and Service Watch - Experience with Scripted Web Service or Direct Web Services including Rest, SOAP APIs - Knowledge of Agile SCRUM and SAFe Methodologies - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus Additional Company Details: At PwC, you will be part of a vibrant community that values trust and focuses on creating distinctive outcomes for clients and communities.
