Senior Associate AI/ML Engineer - Data & Analytics - Advisory - Bangalore

Role Overview:

You will be joining a dynamic team as a Data Scientist (AI/ML) with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). Your role will involve shaping and leading AI/ML initiatives within the organization. This position offers a hybrid work environment with flexibility and collaboration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced proficiency in Python
• Extensive experience with LLM frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain, and prompt engineering techniques
• Utilization of big data processing using Spark for large-scale data analytics
• Version control and experiment tracking using Git and MLflow
• Proficiency in software engineering & development, including Python, familiarity with Go or Rust, expertise in microservices, test-driven development, and concurrency processing
• Experience in DevOps & Infrastructure, with expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and container orchestration (Kubernetes) with Helm and service mesh implementations
• LLM Infrastructure & Deployment proficiency, including LLM serving platforms like vLLM and FastAPI, model quantization techniques, and vector database management
• MLOps & Deployment experience, including containerization strategies for ML workloads, familiarity with model serving tools like TorchServe or TF Serving, and automated model retraining
• Strong grasp of cloud & infrastructure, particularly advanced cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and network security for ML systems
• LLM Project Experience, focusing on developing chatbots, recommendation systems, translation services, and optimizing LLMs for performance and security
• General Skills in Python, SQL, machine learning frameworks (Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
• Experience in creating LLD for the provided architecture and working in microservices based architecture

Qualification Required:

• At least 4+ years of total & relevant experience in AI/ML or a related field
• Deep understanding of ML and LLM development lifecycle, feature engineering, embedding optimization, dimensionality reduction, A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical hypothesis testing
• Experience with RAG systems, vector databases, and semantic search implementation
• Proficiency in LLM optimization techniques including quantization and knowledge distillation
• Understanding of MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring
