Senior AI/ML Speech & Text Analytics Engineer

As a candidate for this role at Q Degrees, you will be responsible for building advanced search engines and question answering systems using cutting-edge AI, ML, and NLU techniques. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building text-based and voice-based search engines and question answering systems - Developing methods for topic analysis, voice recognition, text classification, and named entity recognition for unstructured and semi-structured data - Generating innovative solutions in Voice Bots and Chat Bots, potentially leading to patents - Conducting voice/text mining, testing hypotheses, analyzing historical data, and identifying patterns - Leading the development of Speech & Text Bots for enhanced language understanding and consumer insights To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and working in a Unix environment - Experience in Machine Learning, including generative and discriminative models, neural networks, regression, classification, and clustering - Proficiency in developing and deploying Voice Bots and Speech Bots / Speech to Text Models - Strong background in applied statistics, modeling, and data mining techniques - Extensive experience in NLP techniques such as HMM, CRF, deep learning, word2vec/doc2vec, Bayesian modeling, etc. - Involvement in research communities like ACL, NIPS, ICML, EMNLP, etc. is a plus - Ability to collaborate with IT developers and work independently under pressure - Results-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of NLP/NLU domains This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the next generation of intelligence and language understanding.
