Senior Agile Project Lead

As a Project Manager reporting to the Project Director, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple clients across the business. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with agency designers, developers, strategists, and client services to ensure timely and budgeted project delivery at the highest quality standards. Your background in project delivery, particularly in managing complex web builds using both waterfall and agile methodologies, will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate projects across various global client accounts - Engage with clients at a senior level on a daily basis - Drive project activities following Agile processes - Ensure projects are completed within set schedules and budgets - Manage project teams across different locations - Make decisions on project administration, scope, and control - Review and address risk/issue logs with the project team - Advocate for Project Management Standards, processes, and procedures - Utilize project management and bug tracking systems such as Jira - Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and disagreements promptly - Support the Project Team in quality-related activities - Lead complex initiatives independently - Communicate effectively, manage stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally - Define next steps, remove blockers, and drive project progress with minimal supervision - Manage digital product delivery across web and mobile applications - Understand the product development lifecycle and support decision-making - Anticipate project needs, dependencies, and risks - Prioritize initiatives aligned with business objectives - Mitigate risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle - Manage cross-platform interdependencies for timely execution - Handle multiple projects concurrently depending on scale and complexity - Lead cross-functional teams in a dedicated delivery model - Deliver end-to-end digital projects including mobile applications, websites, and AI solutions - Understand software development lifecycles and manage software engineering projects - Utilize knowledge of Content Management Systems, with experience in platforms like WordPress, Sitecore, or Umbraco - Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is advantageous - Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience - Client-facing experience with expertise in managing professional client relationships - Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum principles - Lead CMS projects from concept to delivery - Knowledge of web and mobile technologies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and team management abilities - Attention to detail and budget constraints - Experience in writing project plans, risk logs, proposals, and functional specs - Familiarity with Jira and Monday for task management - Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment - Good to have experience in the healthcare domain - Knowledge of managing Digital Asset Management (DAM) As an Equal Opportunity Employer, our client is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
