Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, which includes conducting variance analysis and trend analysis. You will also play a key role in assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential in gathering relevant data and insights for financial analysis. Based on your analysis and insights, you will provide recommendations to management and support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification such as Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, ACCA, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or M. Com is preferred. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are also necessary. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is crucial. Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP and MS Dynamics, would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a maximum of 12 years.
