Job Description
As a Sales Manager in the corporate gifting or premium consumer gifting segment, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and building relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and acquiring new B2B and corporate clients
- Driving revenue through strategic partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and customized gifting solutions
- Managing and growing key accounts by offering tailored solutions
- Ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship building
- Leading and guiding a team of sales executives, setting targets, monitoring performance, and mentoring team members
- Bringing deep knowledge of gift products, categories, packaging, and personalization trends
- Working closely with product and procurement teams to create relevant offerings
You will also be responsible for:
- Developing sales forecasts and pipeline
- Providing regular updates on performance and market intelligence
- Planning and executing strategies for peak seasons like Diwali, Christmas, and Recent Year
- Collaborating with marketing for campaigns and outreach programs
For this role, you should possess:
- Minimum 2 years of B2B or institutional sales experience with at least 1+ years in the gifting industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong existing network in corporate, retail, or channel partner ecosystem
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and reporting systems
Your skills should include B2B, Negotiation Skills, BD, Sales, and CRM.
