Job Description:
-
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
-
Daily field visits, set up meetings with customers and understand their requirements and concerns.

Generate new business leads, negotiate orders, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
-
Prepare frequent reviews and reports with sales data.
-
Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the internal technical/service team.
-
Sell industrial hydraulic goods and handle marketing & negotiation activities.
-
Experience in selling hydraulic industrial products like Pumps, Motors, Cylinders etc. is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).

Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective clients.
-
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
-
Willingness to travel extensively (Field Sales Role).
-
Target-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
Salary & Benefits:

30,000 to 60,000 per month
