Job Location:

  • Delhi

  • Himachal Pradesh

  • Ahmedabad

  • Bhubaneswar


Job Description:

  1. Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.

  2. Daily field visits, set up meetings with customers and understand their requirements and concerns.

  3. Generate new business leads, negotiate orders, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  4. Prepare frequent reviews and reports with sales data.

  5. Collect customer feedback and coordinate with the internal technical/service team.

  6. Sell industrial hydraulic goods and handle marketing & negotiation activities.

  7. Experience in selling hydraulic industrial products like Pumps, Motors, Cylinders etc. is preferred but not mandatory.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred).

  • Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective clients.

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively (Field Sales Role).

  • Target-oriented with strong negotiation skills.


Salary & Benefits:

  • 30,000 to 60,000 per month

  • No salary constraint for deserving candidates

  • Attractive Incentive Structure
