Job Description
As a Business Development Executive at ProntoSys, your role will involve identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities for our IT services and digital solutions. You will be responsible for conducting outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting suitable IT solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Generating and qualifying leads through cold calling, follow-ups, email communication, and online channels.
- Presenting and promoting ProntoSys's products and services, including software solutions, web development, and digital marketing services.
- Preparing and delivering sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinating with technical and marketing teams to ensure accurate solution mapping and timely delivery.
- Utilizing digital marketing knowledge to support lead generation through SEO, social media, online campaigns, and website inquiries.
- Tracking sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Gathering market intelligence, monitoring competitors, and providing feedback to improve sales strategies.
