Retail Sales Officer

As a Field Sales Executive/Sales Manager at Humma Dairy and Argo ventures Pvt.Ltd in Bhubaneswar, you will play a crucial role in expanding the retail presence and driving sales. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Visiting retail outlets daily to generate orders - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with shopkeepers - Achieving daily and monthly sales targets - Adding new outlets and expanding market coverage - Promoting dairy products like milk, curd, lassi, sweet curd, etc. - Ensuring timely order delivery coordination - Collecting market feedback and competitor insights To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - 15 years of experience in retail/FMCG sales - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Knowledge of the local market, with a preference for Bhubaneswar - Ability to work in the field and handle pressure targets - Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid license is preferred In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 15,000.00 to 20,000.00 per month, you will also be entitled to benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and internet reimbursement.
