You are urgently required to join as a Relationship Manager for a real estate broking company based in Mumbai. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients to develop new business opportunities.
- Converting prospects into customers by showcasing suitable residential properties that meet their investment or residential requirements.
- Planning effective approaches and pitches to attract clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients.
- Conducting cold calls for the sales of primary properties when necessary.
- Achieving the sales targets set by the organization.
- Attending developer meetings and channel partner orientations as needed.
- Participating in negotiation meetings with buyers and sellers.
To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Persuasive with a strong background in marketing and sales.
- Customer service orientation.
- High levels of passion and ownership.
- Results-driven mindset.
In terms of qualifications and experience, you should meet the following criteria:
- Must be a graduate or above.
- Should have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and prioritize safety measures (helmet, law-abiding, etc.).
- 1 to 4 years of sales experience in any sector.
- Willingness to travel within the city.
