Job Description
As an IT Recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various roles across software development, infrastructure, cloud, and IT services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, from sourcing to offer management.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and team culture.
- Utilizing various sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job portals, networking, Boolean search, and referrals.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing candidate pipelines and recruitment databases/ATS platforms.
- Conducting market research to benchmark salaries for technical positions.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams to prioritize hiring needs.
- Providing regular reports on recruitment metrics to track performance.
- Staying updated on IT recruitment trends and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills required for this role:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT / technical recruitment.
- Proficiency in software, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and various IT roles.
- Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
- Strong expertise in Boolean search and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance.
Preferred skills or experience that would be a bonus:
- Experience in hiring for specific IT roles like Wintel, Cloud, VMware, or Windows Server.
- Familiarity with global or offshore hiring processes.
- Exposure to executive or high-volume technical hiring.
