Job Description

As an IT Recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various roles across software development, infrastructure, cloud, and IT services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, from sourcing to offer management.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and team culture.
  • Utilizing various sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, job portals, networking, Boolean search, and referrals.
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Managing candidate pipelines and recruitment databases/ATS platforms.
  • Conducting market research to benchmark salaries for technical positions.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams to prioritize hiring needs.
  • Providing regular reports on recruitment metrics to track performance.
  • Staying updated on IT recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills required for this role:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT / technical recruitment.
  • Proficiency in software, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and various IT roles.
  • Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
  • Strong expertise in Boolean search and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance.

Preferred skills or experience that would be a bonus:

  • Experience in hiring for specific IT roles like Wintel, Cloud, VMware, or Windows Server.
  • Familiarity with global or offshore hiring processes.
  • Exposure to executive or high-volume technical hiring.
