Job Description

As a Pharma / Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and building talent pipelines. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates. - Partnering with hiring managers and department heads to understand position requirements and develop targeted search strategies. - Utilizing sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify top pharmaceutical talent. - Maintaining databases and tracking systems to streamline the recruitment process. The qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/health-care recruitment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a virtual work environment. - Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques in the healthcare industry.
