Quality Head Mobile Charger Manufacturing

As an experienced Quality Head with strong exposure to Mobile Charger / Adapter / SMPS / PCBA manufacturing, your role will involve leading and managing overall quality operations, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement quality strategy for Mobile Charger / Adapter / SMPS products - Establish and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with industry standards - Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards (BIS, IEC, CE, RoHS, ISO) - Lead Incoming, In-Process, and Final Quality control for PCBA and charger assembly - Drive reduction in rejection, rework, and field failures - Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for major quality issues - Handle customer complaints, audits, and technical quality discussions - Head internal and external audits and ensure closure of non-conformities - Develop supplier quality management system and conduct supplier audits - Work closely with Procurement and Engineering for supplier improvement - Implement continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S) - Build, train, and develop quality and production teams - Monitor and report quality KPIs to top management - Support new product development and validation for chargers and adapters - Ensure product reliability, safety, and performance targets are met - Drive culture of zero-defect and customer satisfaction Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong technical knowledge of Mobile Charger / SMPS / PCBA manufacturing processes - Hands-on experience with Hi-Pot testing, Load testing, Burn-in testing, ATE, functional testing - Knowledge of BIS, IEC, CE, RoHS and ISO standards - Expertise in QMS, CAPA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis - Supplier Quality Management and Audit handling - Kaizen / Lean / Six Sigma implementation - Leadership and team development skills - Excellent communication and customer handling skills In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of Mobile Charger / Adapter / SMPS products, driving continuous improvement, and leading quality initiatives to meet customer satisfaction and organizational goals.
