Project Manager

With a presence in over 50 countries, our platform assesses more than 130 performance KPIs, conducts root cause analysis, and recommends corrective solutions, enabling organizations to enhance customer experience, accelerate time to market, and optimize cost efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define project strategy, project planning, execution control, and defect management - Establish and enforce standards, templates, and best practices - Drive continuous process improvement through retrospectives and corrective action planning - Experience in Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid project methodologies - Lead sprint ceremonies, manage backlogs, and work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Dev leads - Create and manage project release plans aligned with delivery roadmaps - Experience with API testing tools and automation mobile, browser, test frameworks - Build project dashboards and executive summaries using tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel - Track and report on project deliverables, defect status, burn-downs, and release readiness - Manage upward and cross-functional communication with stakeholders **Qualifications:** - Minimum 8+ years of experience - Good basic knowledge of agile methodologies - Ideally CSM accreditation or equivalent - Positive enthusiasm and curiosity - Understanding of Agile metrics and Agile methodologies - Experience with Jira and AWS - Educated to degree-level or equivalent - Strong stakeholder management skills As a potential candidate for this role, you should possess the skills required for product strategy, process management, and project management in Agile and Hybrid project methodologies.
