Project Manager - HR Ops

Role Overview: As a Project Manager at Hitachi Energy, you will be responsible for managing projects end to end with a focus on Quality of Delivery and Process Efficiency. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive initiatives and projects across HR Ops Service lines. Additionally, you will lead kick-off meetings for large/complex assignments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client/stakeholder requirements. Your role will also involve identifying and leading process enhancement initiatives to support the India HR delivery lead in implementing them effectively.
