Project Coordinator / Project Support Manager

As an intermediate level employee at Stantec, your role will involve supporting project managers, project leads, and team members with tasks related to project control, scheduling, costing, and concepts within the industry technology, project management, and earned value management. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated CPM schedules for major programs and a portfolio of projects. - Conducting change order management and control. - Managing and monitoring program and project-specific budgets, cash flow projections, and forecasts. - Evaluating and updating data regarding cost status, resource requirements, and productivity variance reports. - Developing and preparing monthly project progress reports. - Developing and preparing any specific reporting requirements of Project Managers. - Interface directly with Project Managers to review project plans, budgets, status reports, and deliverables. - Project design management and coordination with project teams. Qualifications required for this role include: - B. Tech/B.E in Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering. - Post-Graduation in Construction Management would be preferable. - Minimum of 4 years of professional experience. - Experience in project controls, scheduling, cost engineering, and cost control related to engineering and construction activities would be an advantage. - Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau will be beneficial. - Demonstrated experience in project design management and coordination with project teams is preferred. - Competence in MS Office applications is essential.
