Product Manager - Value Base Care

As a Product Manager for value-based care solutions within the platform, you will play a crucial role in defining the product strategy, roadmap, and requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of experience in US healthcare product management focusing on value-based care and population health management. - Deep understanding of value-based care models, payer contracting, and healthcare programs. - Knowledge of clinical quality measures, care gaps, coding gaps, and risk adjustment methodologies in value-based care. - Familiarity with EHR/HIE systems, business acumen, and leadership abilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in Agile environments, data-driven decision-making, healthcare regulations, and compliance. - Understanding of BI/reporting tools and LLM-powered features in healthcare workflows.
