Your role will involve building Microservices, MFE's, and API's while leading a team of engineers leveraging cloud technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work as a Product Engineer with expertise in Advanced Case Management with IBM Case Manager and FileNet P8 platform. - Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand business needs in case management and provide technical leadership to the development team. - Engage with business analysts, developers, project managers, and users to capture requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline or MCA with 2+ years of experience on IBM Case Manager, or 4+ years of experience on IBM Case Manager in lieu of a degree. - Proficiency in IBM Case Manager 5.1/5.2/5.3 and experience in Case management and Business Process Management solution design and development using IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet P8 stack. - Hands-on experience in customizing IBM Case Manager Solutions, developing widgets, and creating restful services using spring boot. - Strong communication skills, flexibility to work across time-zones if needed.
