Job Description
As a Product Definition Analyst (Data Analytics) at Amadeus in Bangalore, you will play a crucial client-facing role, collaborating with global airline customers and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-value analytics services by transforming data into actionable insights, strategies, and recommendations to enhance airlines' e-commerce performance. Your tasks will involve data analysis, modeling, visualization, and engaging with stakeholders up to C-Level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of airline clients, acting as the primary contact for senior leaders and C-Level executives.
- Analyze and model client/market data to derive actionable business insights.
- Conduct consulting sessions on e-commerce enhancements, such as media mix, campaign content, IBE efficiency, SEO/SEM, etc.
- Present insights and recommendations to diverse audiences, from analysts to executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer pain points comprehensively.
- Extract data from multiple sources, correlate datasets, and create reports, dashboards, and consulting deliverables using internal tools.
- Analyze user behavior, funnels, and booking flows to identify conversion barriers.
- Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize digital booking experiences.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs following best practices.
- Support digital services with business cases and white papers.
- Stay updated on industry trends to offer future-focused insights.
- Create data visualization solutions using tools like Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Ensure data accuracy and quality in all analytics deliverables.
- Mentor and train junior analysts to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-9 years of experience in analytics, visualization, and consulting.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems efficiently, and adapt to evolving customer needs.
