Process Lead/Assistant Manager - Operational Architecture

As a Process Lead / Assistant Manager in the Operational Architecture team within GPS Delivery at Fidelity International, you will play a crucial role in supporting cross capability projects for the GPS business. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with discovery and definition phases of large strategic change projects. - Serve as the Operational Architecture SME within GPS Design Hub, reviewing various initiatives. - Exercise strong analytical thinking to review designs, make effective decisions, and ensure adherence to guardrails and principles. - Manage stakeholders effectively, handle different viewpoints, and guide teams towards the right decisions. - Demonstrate a good understanding of products, operational processes, and customer journeys. - Preference for candidates with experience in working on complex change agendas. - Knowledge of the UK/Europe financial services industry. - Comfortable working in a heavily matrixed environment. - Showcase knowledge and understanding of customer needs. - Strong focus on delivery with excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills. - Experience in working with data from multiple sources simultaneously. - Willingness to take initiative, make suggestions for process improvements, and learn new applications used within FIL.
