Role Overview:
You are being sought for the role of Product Delivery, Process & Automation Lead which requires a combination of strong product management skills along with expertise in delivery governance, process excellence, and automation. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product pipeline across Product, Tech, QA, and Program teams. Your duties will include ensuring structured execution, sprint discipline, process compliance, and optimal utilization of development bandwidth. You will play a crucial role in driving the development of high-impact education products and improving cross-functional collaboration at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the product vision and roadmap for solutions aimed at improving student learning outcomes, enabling teacher effectiveness, and strengthening administrative monitoring and system-level reforms.
- Work closely with Product Managers to ensure thorough problem discovery, field research, and solution design.
- Drive structured sprint planning and execution across Product, Engineering, and QA teams, ensuring tickets are created on time with complete documentation and acceptance criteria are well-defined.
- Define and enforce standardized workflows for feature intake, solution validation, development handoffs, QA cycles, and release management.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across product workflows, reporting systems, QA validation processes, and data syncing.
- Ensure structured tagging and governance compliance within JIRA and internal systems, and track development bandwidth allocation across initiatives.
- Define delivery KPIs, track performance against goals, and optimize throughput, quality, and predictability with data-driven insights.
Qualifications Required:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree required; MBA / Public Policy / Education / Technology Management preferred.
- Experience: 58+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Delivery roles, with experience in EdTech, GovTech, or development sector preferred.
- Core Product & Delivery Skills: Strong product discovery and solutioning capabilities, experience managing Agile/Scrum processes at scale, familiarity with JIRA, strong backlog management, and sprint governance experience.
- Process & Automation Orientation: Experience building scalable product processes and governance frameworks, strong focus on automation-first thinking, ability to design templates and standardized workflows.
- Financial & Governance Understanding: Basic understanding of CAPEX/OPEX tagging, experience with compliance tracking, audit processes, and structured reporting.
- Behavioral Competencies: Strong systems thinker, high ownership and accountability mindset, excellent stakeholder management, and mission-driven with an interest in education transformation at scale. Role Overview:
