Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Principal Engineer Mobile Development. Youll
play a hands-on role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-scale consumer
mobile applications that power millions of user interactions every day.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role (no people management), focused on
building applications for Android, iOS, and Web using Flutter.
Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, maintainable architecture for multi-platform Flutter
applications (Web, Android, iOS)
Take key decisions on architecture, state management (BLoC, Riverpod), navigation,
modularization
Act as technical lead and establish coding standards and best practices
Establish testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines
Performance optimization for smooth rendering, fast load times, and memory
efficiency
Flutter Web performance optimization across browsers
Develop and maintain custom native plugins (Kotlin / Swift)

Drive adoption of modern state management and mobile/web technologies
Expertise in mobile observability and optimization of critical user flows
Requirements Must Have
812 years of software engineering experience
Minimum 4 years building and shipping Flutter apps (Android, iOS, Web)
Strong experience in production-grade mobile and web apps
Deep expertise in Flutter, Dart, architecture, patterns & anti-patterns
Experience building consumer-grade B2C / D2C / E-commerce apps
CI/CD pipelines, release management & mobile testing tools
Strong understanding of NFRs (performance, latency, reliability)
Flutter Web experience is mandatory
Responsive UI/UX and adaptive design
Unit, Widget & Integration testing
Strong problem-solving & debugging skills
Native familiarity with Kotlin (Android) & Swift (iOS)
