Principal Architect

As an Architect at Flipkart, you will play a crucial role in building scalable, extensible, and maintainable platforms and backend infrastructure. You will be responsible for architecting scalable systems, providing technical leadership, driving innovation and optimization, collaborating across teams, ensuring security and reliability, offering mentorship and guidance, and evaluating emerging technologies. Qualifications Required: - 16+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and distributed computing. - Deep expertise in microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and cloud-native development. - Strong knowledge of high-scale, low-latency, and high-availability architectures. - Proficiency in Java (preferred), Golang, Python, or other modern programming languages. - Hands-on experience with Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP). - Experience with data-intensive applications, AI-driven personalization, and search optimization is a plus. - Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills.
