As a PPC Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving high-quality MQLs and SQLs for our custom software development and IT services offerings through Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Your focus will be on revenue generation rather than just increasing traffic. You will be responsible for managing paid acquisition across multiple geographies, handling large budgets, and ensuring CPL, MQL quality, SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement paid media strategies for lead quality and revenue growth.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure a strong ROI.
- Utilize advanced targeting and AI tools for campaign optimization.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the team on landing page and CRO strategies.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Experience in executing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for B2B IT services.
- Ability to create and scale campaigns for various services like Custom Software Development, AI Development, Cloud, DevOps, and IT Staff Augmentation.
- Proficiency in designing full-funnel paid strategies aligned with different stages of the customer journey.
- Strong collaboration skills with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking.
- Prior experience in managing large ad budgets and focusing on key metrics like CPL, MQL, and SQL.
- Expertise in audience targeting and utilization of AI-powered tools for optimization.
- Proficient in handling analytics tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM systems.
- Experience in presenting performance reports with actionable insights.
