Job Description
Role Overview:
As an IT Outsourcing Strategy & Governance professional, you will be responsible for developing, refining, and executing the organization's IT Outsourcing Strategy in alignment with business goals, scalability needs, technology modernization roadmap, and cost optimization objectives. Your role will involve conducting Annual Vendor Performance Reviews (AVPR), ensuring compliance with RBI Outsourcing Guidelines and data residency requirements, and maintaining centralized documentation of all outsourced engagements while monitoring compliance status continuously. Additionally, you will be conducting periodic vendor risk assessments and ensuring timely mitigation measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and execute the organization's IT Outsourcing Strategy aligned with business goals, scalability needs, technology modernization roadmap, and cost optimization objectives.
- Conduct Annual Vendor Performance Reviews (AVPR) covering delivery quality, SLA adherence, innovation, cost efficiency, compliance, and partnership maturity.
- Ensure compliance with RBI Outsourcing Guidelines, data residency requirements, IT/IS Policies, Cyber Security Framework, and Internal Audit guidelines.
- Maintain centralized documentation of all outsourced engagements with continuous monitoring of compliance status.
- Conduct periodic vendor risk assessments, evaluating operational, financial, cybersecurity, geopolitical, and regulatory risks associated with vendors.
- Perform Assurance Testing on critical vendors to validate observations from audits and reviews.
- Govern end to end Network Architecture & Operations, ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performance connectivity across the enterprise.
- Lead ITRA agenda ensuring alignment with audit findings, IT policies, and risk frameworks.
- Develop and govern the BCM framework, conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA), and ensure clarity of RTO/RPO.
- Own and maintain DR strategy, failover planning, and documentation, plan and execute periodic DR drills, and report outcomes to leadership.
Qualification Required:
- Experience in Vendor Management and familiarity with RBI Guidelines will be preferred for this role. Role Overview:
