Key Responsibilities: - Work 9 hours daily, 6 days a week, interacting with patients through the designated system - Communicate with customers via phone and chat to understand their medicinal needs and provide relevant product information - Review prescriptions linked to orders and maintain clear communication with patients - Suggest PlatinumRx-recommended alternatives for prescribed medications - Provide guidance on cost-effective options and potential savings - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product catalog, including brand names, salt compositions, drug forms, and other key details Qualifications: - Mandatory: D.Pharma, B.Pharma or M.Pharma graduates - Preferred: Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry - Mandatory: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Proficiency in English (Mandatory); Hindi (Preferred); Bengali (Preferred) - Mandatory: Basic knowledge of medicinal products, including an understanding of drug names, compositions, and forms - Preferred: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software Additional Details: You are required to have at least 1 year of experience in medicine sales, either offline or online.
