As a skilled Performance Test Engineer, your role will involve designing and executing performance testing strategies and plans for various applications. You will be responsible for analyzing performance test results, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending optimizations in software applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle will be essential. Additionally, you will develop and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios, monitor application performance in production, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - 7-9 years of experience in performance testing or related field. - Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or Groovy for test automation. - Solid knowledge of web and application server performance metrics and monitoring tools. - Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate clear, concise reports. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
