Job Description

Role Overview: As an Advisor/Administrator at Dentsu Apac, your role involves delivering transactional and specialist HR services to one market or multiple local markets. You are expected to have a full understanding of how the services operate across teams and demonstrate flexibility by working virtually within the team, utilizing digital tools for effective communication and collaboration with employees. Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional standards of customer service to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners across various HR activities and processes. - Ensure effective implementation of standardized HR processes and delivery of services in a consistent manner across different markets. - Perform service-related activities such as Workday data entry, HR document management, updating internal tools and databases, and digitally responding to a diverse range of employee queries. - Monitor the resolution of queries from markets, continually identify opportunities for process and service improvement against Service Level Agreements, and review your own performance regularly both independently and in collaboration with the team. - Collaborate with other administrators within your team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver high-quality services that comply with global standards and meet business expectations. - Develop your knowledge of local customs and employment laws to enhance service delivery across markets and ensure compliance with local regulatory/statutory requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Prior experience in HR administration or advisory role, preferably in a multinational company. - Proficiency in using digital tools for communication and collaboration. - Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
