Job Description

As the Head of Business Development, Revenue & Financial Strategy at Trzy Innovationz, your role is crucial in leading the company's commercial growth while maintaining financial discipline, optimizing margins, and ensuring sustainable scaling. You will be working closely within the Founder's Office and your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Revenue & Commercial Strategy:
  • Develop pricing strategies and commercial models to enhance profitability.
  • Business Development & Deal Structuring:
  • Take charge of end-to-end business development activities, from generating pipelines to closing deals.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with brands, agencies, and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts to minimize risks and maximize profitability.
  • Financial Strategy & Planning:
  • Create financial models for new business initiatives and expansion plans.
  • Drive revenue forecasting, budgeting, and monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with finance/accounting teams to ensure commercial health.
  • Analyze opportunities through financial viability assessments.
  • Establish sustainable long-term partnerships with significant revenue impacts.
  • Founder's Office & Strategic Projects:
  • Serve as a commercial and financial advisor to the Founder.
  • Support strategic decisions with financial analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Assess the value of new business acquisitions.

Qualifications Required:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Strategy, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in revenue forecasting and ownership of P&L.
  • Background in marketing, media, events, or brand ecosystems is preferred.
  • MBA, CA, CFA, or a finance-related background is a plus.
