PAM Analyst

As a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst Security Engineer, your role will be crucial in ensuring that privileged identities are appropriately controlled and utilized based on defined business needs. You will work closely with key functions within the CISO, CIO, and third-party partners to maintain and implement traditional enterprise PAM technologies like CyberArk and manage cloud identity across multiple providers. Your communication skills and knowledge of traditional infrastructure and cloud technologies will be essential in collaborating with stakeholders to ensure PAM controls are in line with security standards and policies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and implement PAM solutions for privileged lifecycle management, session security, and compliance. - Configure and customize CyberArk components for enterprise integration. - Improve and scale the CyberArk environment through automation and standardization. - Integrate CyberArk Privilege Cloud with enterprise applications, directories, and hybrid cloud services. - Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and configuration standards. - Monitor and troubleshoot CyberArk issues and collaborate with internal teams and vendors on addressing risks, audits, compliance, and security incidents. - Contribute to PAM strategy and roadmap, including Privilege Cloud, Secrets Management, and cloud-based PAM adoption. **Qualification Required:** - Industry codes of practice and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements knowledge including DPA/GDPR, PCI-DSS, NI52-109, and FCA guidance. - Functional/technical skills in configuring CPM, PSM, PSMP, Cloud Connectors, platform plug-ins, maintaining CPM policies, password lifecycle, PSM connectors with session recording, integrating CyberArk with various tools, automating tasks, managing safes, access controls, workflows, and policies, delivering end-to-end PAM implementations, and collaborating on incident response and risk remediation. - Experience working in Financial Services, preferably with 3+ years of experience in actively working with cybersecurity tooling and delivering threat intelligence services within large organizations.
