Orthopaedic Surgeon

As an Orthopedic Surgeon at our team in Rupnagar Punjab, your role involves providing specialized care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to diagnose and treat various conditions related to bones, joints, and muscles by evaluating patients, conducting imaging tests, and performing physical exams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and Treat Conditions: Evaluate patients using imaging tests and physical exams to diagnose issues related to bones, joints, and muscles.
• Perform Surgical Procedures: Carry out surgeries such as joint replacements, repairs of fractures, and treatments for sports injuries.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized plans for patients by recommending both surgical and non-surgical options to aid recovery and improve mobility.
• Collaborate with Medical Staff: Work closely with nurses, physician assistants, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Educate Patients: Provide guidance to patients about their conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care to promote better health outcomes.

Qualification Required:

• Possess a postgraduate degree in orthopedic surgery.
• Strong understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy.
• Excellent surgical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and staff collaboration.

The package offered ranges from LPM to LPM and is negotiable based on experience. The job requires 0-6 years of experience and is open for male candidates. The education requirement is a Post Graduate degree (MD/Medicine Doctor: Orthopaedic, MS) in Orthopedics. The role is based in a Hospital/Medical/Healthcare Equipments industry in India and is a full-time position with a work location at the office.
