Operations Analyst

As an Operations Analyst at Tide, you will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to play a key role in financial tracking, performance analysis, and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - **Invoice & Expense Management:** Keeping track of all invoices and upcoming expenses, ensuring timely recording, accuracy, and proper documentation across departments. - **Departmental Expense Tracking:** Maintaining detailed records of invoices for each department under appropriate expense heads, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial policies. - **Performance Analysis:** Analyzing actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances, and reporting key trends and insights to stakeholders. - **Business Partnering:** Working closely with Finance and Business teams on a daily basis to ensure smooth operational coordination and informed decision-making. - **Operational Support:** Assisting business teams in their day-to-day activities by providing analytical and operational support. - **Strategic Support & ROI Analysis:** Helping evaluate return on investment (ROI) for key initiatives and supporting teams in tracking KPIs and improving operational and financial performance. - **Business Collaboration:** Collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. - **Dashboard Development:** Building and maintaining MIS dashboards and management reports to enable real-time performance tracking and informed decision-making. - **Business Reporting:** Preparing detailed reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards for senior management and key stakeholders. - **Data Analysis & Insights Generation:** Analyzing large data sets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and identify opportunities for business improvement. - **Process Optimization:** Identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline invoice management, data tracking, reporting, and analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
