Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for supporting the Director in various Communication programs and initiatives aimed at creating the Somaiya Identity. Your main focus will be on brand identity promotion, managing communications for events and activities, newsletters, forums, and social media. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and managing the Alumni website/webpage/portal. Your role will require close collaboration with the Director to ensure effective communication strategies are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director in all Communications programs and initiatives
- Promote brand identity
- Manage communications for activities and events
- Develop and manage newsletters and forums
- Utilize social media platforms including AI tools like Chat GPT, Co-pilot, Canva, and D-iD
- Communicate with external and internal audiences
- Monitor and enhance the Alumni website/webpage/portal by uploading Alumni data
- Plan and implement effective communication strategies for different alumni segments
- Collaborate with external partners for communications
Qualification Required:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Linguistic Proficiency in Gujarati, Marathi (Preferred) in addition to Hindi/English
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in communications, social media management, or digital marketing
- Ability to create promotional content with visual (audio/video) designing
- Experience in brand identity promotion, managing communications, and using AI tools for effective outreach
- Strong project management skills
Additional Details:
The compensation for this position is INR 1200000.00 - 1350000.00 Per Annum. Role Overview:
