Network Support-Big IP

Role Overview: As an F5 BIG-IP Specialist at Kyndryl, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of customers' IT infrastructure. Your main responsibility will be to maintain and optimize systems to ensure they are running at peak performance. You will need to interact with the Account team and Customer, and fluency in Japanese language is expected, with an understanding of Japanese work culture being an added advantage. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management projects. - Good hands-on experience in configuring and managing F5 BIG-IP systems, including LTM, GTM, and iRules. - In-depth knowledge of F5 BIG-IP systems, including LTM, GTM, iRules, and SSL offloading. - Relevant certifications such as F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (F5-CA), F5 Certified Technology Specialist (F5-CTS), or similar. - Strong hands-on experience with traditional network devices and network administration. - Knowledge and understanding of Cloud platforms such as IBM, AWS, Azure, GCP. - Proven track record of delivering IT Service Management (ITIL) infrastructure projects. - Proficient in handling incidents, problems, and changes. - Strong understanding of IT environments. - CCNA, CCNP Certification is preferred.
