Job Description
As a NOC Analyst at our company, your role is crucial in providing high-quality operational support, hosted infrastructure, and cyber security services to our global customer base. You will work within a follow-the-sun support model to ensure service continuity and optimal performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily operational support and maintenance of Continent 8 infrastructure.
- Monitoring system availability and performance to minimize downtime and optimize customer services.
- Supporting customer requirements to maintain a 99.9% continuous service level.
- Troubleshooting network-related issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Responding promptly to incidents and managing escalations effectively.
- Working closely with Level 3 technical teams across DC Hosting, Cloud, and Network services.
- Participating in technology projects across data center, network, and cloud domains.
- Creating and maintaining operational and support documentation.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 2-5 years of experience in network operations and support environments.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Experience with IP service management (change and incident management).
- Knowledge of technologies such as Cisco Meraki, ASA firewall, Juniper hardware, VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft enterprise suite.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Cacti, MRTG, SolarWinds).
- ITIL, CCNA, JNCIA, VCA, or Microsoft certifications desirable.
- Experience monitoring large international networks in a global business environment is advantageous.
