Network Engineer L2 - SD WAN Versa

As an experienced SD WAN Versa professional with a minimum of 4 years of experience, you are responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Demonstrating excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Utilizing working knowledge of Cisco products such as switches, routers, Access points, and firewalls. - Having a strong understanding of checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, and Juniper firewalls. - Possessing knowledge of advanced Routing protocols, QOS, HSRP, and GLBP. - Understanding switching concepts like VTP, STP, etc. - Managing tickets and providing support. - Ensuring the availability and continuity of network services in alignment with contractual commitments (SLA). - Optimizing network performance and conducting adequate capacity planning. - Performing regular assessments and tuning for the services and sites under your responsibility. - Troubleshooting network problems and escalating issues to vendors when necessary.
