Motion Graphic Designer

Role Overview: As a Motion Graphic Designer at Meesho, you will be an integral part of the Growth creative team, contributing to the business growth by creating visually captivating content tailored to the user base. You will collaborate with various teams to produce compelling marketing materials across multiple mediums, focusing on capturing the attention of the target audience and contributing to the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Work with business teams across functions such as app campaigns, social media, and educational videos for YouTube, creating both long-form and short-form content - Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects - Assist in designing and creating storyboards - Supervise and execute high-quality creative work with internal and external teams for cross-platform use - Drive effective and creative media campaigns, collaborating with copy and design team members - Present ideas to stakeholders and execute "on-brand" creative within tight timelines - Edit raw video footage, add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics, and research best design techniques and solutions Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) - Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience working with an agency or a brand - Strong design aptitude with a problem-solving mindset - Ability to multitask, think critically, and execute tactically - Proven track record of finding creative solutions to business problems - High competency in After Effects, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; familiarity with Cinema 4D will be a plus - Mastery of typography with a keen understanding of grid and design systems About the Company: Meesho is a platform dedicated to democratizing internet commerce for everyone, providing benefits to sellers such as zero commission and affordable shipping solutions.
