Job Description
As a Montessori Teacher for our client company, your role will be to create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. You will be expected to foster independence, curiosity, and holistic development in line with Montessori principles.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implement Montessori-based teaching methods aligned with lesson plans and curriculum
- Create a safe, stimulating, and child-centric classroom environment
- Observe, guide, and support childrens academic, emotional, and social development
- Assess and document childrens progress and developmental milestones
- Ensure student safety and supervision at all times
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and development
- Encourage parent participation in school activities and meetings
- Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and school events
- Follow school policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
**Qualifications Required:**
- Montessori certification preferred
- Basic understanding of child development theories and Montessori philosophy
- Good communication skills in English
- Patient, caring, flexible, and child-focused attitude
- Ability to safeguard childrens well-being and interests
