BE with  1-2 yrs experience

• ELECTRICAL         To head the department of Electrical and report to the Hospital Administrative authorities.         To prepare department budget.
•  ELECTRICAL/AC/TELE COMMUNICATIONS/PLUMBING         To exercise control over Electricians. Duty Roaster, Leave etc.         To ensure the repair/maintenance jobs are carried out in time by the Electricians.         To identify and stock the spare parts of electrical items for repairs.         To ensure the Meter Room and substation are properly maintained and maintenance carryout out when due.         Obtain the electrical load separately for each floor from the contractor and ensure the electric load is within the parameter in future. To obtain necessary sanction from BSES/Adani if more load is required. All tools and equipments should be properly accounted in the workshop.         Maintenance of Water Pump/Compressor.         To Supervise and ensure Carpentry, Plumbing Work & Painting.          To perform other duties given by the management of Hospital from time to time.         To update the management in replacing the electrical mechanical and civil installation on their completion of normal life or repeated breakdown or tear and wear beyond repairs.
