Job Description

Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing advertising campaigns - Managing social media platforms - Developing promotional events - Performing market research to identify trends - Collaborating with teams to implement innovative marketing approaches To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: - Marketing strategy and brand management experience - Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and campaign optimization - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools, analytics software, and MS Office - Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels - Develop and execute marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the team - Create and execute brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across channels - Oversee external communications strategy including social media, website, Instagram, and Facebook - Participate in Exhibitions, research market trends, and identify exhibition opportunities - Provide market trends and competition reports for developing local strategy - Maintain accurate product information in the database and ensure updated catalogs - Assist in organizing and supporting events - Plan product rollouts during festivals - Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Design teams for events and new product launches Specific Requirements: - Strong skills in data analysis, market research, and trend identification - Creativity and innovation in designing promotional events and campaigns - Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills - At least 2 years of marketing experience - Previous experience with Retail/Jewellery Brands preferred - Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels - Good English and regional language communication skills - Self-starter with the ability to produce high-quality work with little to no supervision Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Excellent communication and content creation skills For further information, please contact HR at 8754434443.
