Job Description
As a Marketing Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include driving brand positioning, lead generation, campaign execution, digital marketing performance, and product launch initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Marketing Planning:** You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- **Lead Generation & Sales Enablement:** Drive lead generation activities and support sales enablement efforts.
- **Integrated Campaign Management (Digital + Offline):** Manage integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- **Brand Management & Corporate Communication:** Oversee brand management activities and corporate communication strategies.
- **Content Strategy & Marketing Collateral:** Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, presentations, and product catalogues. Ensure website and social media content align with messaging and industry positioning.
- **Digital Marketing & Analytics:** Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance. Implement SEO and performance marketing strategies.
- **Exhibitions, Events & Promotional Activities:** Plan and manage exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events. Coordinate branding, stall design, marketing materials, and promotions. Evaluate event ROI and business impact.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis:** Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Vendor & Agency Management:** Manage relationships with vendors and agencies to support marketing activities.
- **Budget Planning & ROI Management:** Develop marketing budgets and ensure ROI targets are met.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination & Product Launch Support:** Collaborate with various teams to support product launches and ensure coordination across functions.
**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in international B2B marketing and social media channels.
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities with a creative and strategic marketing mindset.
- High level of intercultural competence and excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and website maintenance.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated team player with an empathetic approach.
- Digital affinity and practical experience in online marketing and SEO/SEM.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
- Business fluent in English, both written and spoken.
**Education:**
- PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing
