Job Description
You are a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with at least 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the food ingredient industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the food ingredients market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including food manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Marketing & Brand Development:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote food ingredients.
Work closely with the marketing team to create advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights for business growth.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients.
Address customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the food ingredients industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, market trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

- Experience in selling functional ingredients, Flavors, or food additives.
