Guiding the team on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, setting targets, driving improvements in rankings and organic traffic, and ensuring best practices aligned with algorithm updates will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, you will review and approve SEO reports before client sharing. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage SEO strategy across client accounts - Guide team on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO - Set targets and drive improvements in rankings and organic traffic - Ensure best practices aligned with algorithm updates - Review and approve SEO reports before client sharing In Marketing Project & Task Management, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of marketing projects within deadlines. This includes overseeing task tracking and project management tools, identifying and resolving risks/blockers proactively, improving workflows for better team efficiency, and sharing regular updates with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing projects within deadlines - Oversee task tracking and project management tools - Identify and resolve risks/blockers proactively - Improve workflows for better team efficiency - Share regular updates with senior stakeholders When it comes to Email Marketing & Automation, you will set up and manage email campaigns and automation workflows. Executing campaigns when required, ensuring compliance, branding, and deliverability standards, monitoring performance, and running A/B optimizations will be essential tasks in this domain. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and manage email campaigns and automation workflows - Execute campaigns when required - Ensure compliance, branding, and deliverability standards - Monitor performance and run A/B optimizations In terms of Resource & Team Management, your role will involve managing, allocating, and balancing team workloads. Providing coaching and performance feedback, identifying skill or capacity gaps, recommending solutions, and building a team-oriented and results-driven team culture will be key responsibilities.
