Job Description
As Manager - Revamp Sales HVAC with our client, a leading player in the HVAC domain, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Revamp Sales service business in Mumbai. Your tasks will include:
- Meeting customers and dealers.
- Guiding the team to achieve Business Targets.
- Monitoring the execution of Revamp jobs, handling escalations, and providing necessary MIS to AH.
To achieve business goals in line with ABP Targets, you should:
- Adhere to credit Policy for Booking Jobs.
- Ensure costing accuracy.
- Move in the market, understand requirements, and generate a healthy inquiry funnel. Dealer handling.
- Coordinate with material group for negotiations/getting the best price.
- Give presentations to consultants and customers.
- Ensure adherence to processes laid by the division.
- Effectively implement & drive the new initiatives assigned by the division from time to time.
- Ensure that warranty scope is clearly established with the customer while booking jobs.
- Analyze and eliminate cost variance in future jobs.
- Mentor and develop the team.
- Keep yourself updated with the latest price and market intelligence.
Additionally, your Technical Knowledge should include:
- Costing.
- Knowledge of products.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC/Heat Load Calculations.
- Thorough knowledge of the system.
Your Behavioral Skills should encompass:
- Negotiation Skills.
- Managing and Developing People.
- Effective Decision Making.
- Customer Focus.
- Execution Excellence.
