Manager Power BI - Data and Analytics Advisory

Role Overview: As a Manager in the Advisory sector at PwC, your main focus will be on leveraging data to drive insights and support clients in making informed business decisions. You will utilize advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimize their operations and achieve strategic goals. Your role will involve utilizing skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to extract insights from large datasets and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Architect end-to-end Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, encompassing data ingestion, storage, and presentation layers. - Gather and understand Business Requirements for Data Visualization and analysis. - Design and develop Power BI reports and Dashboards to meet business needs. - Identify Key Performance Indicators, analyze historical data for Trend Analysis, and facilitate better decision-making. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Data Modeling and Data Visualization concepts. - Possess in-depth knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts and proficiency in SQL. - Utilize advanced knowledge of DAX calculations and Data Modeling to support Data Analysis. - Ensure Data Security and compliance by implementing RLS, Dataset promotion, certification, etc. - Collaborate with Data Engineers and Analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for Reporting purposes. - Demonstrate knowledge of Data Integration techniques and experience with Data Pipeline Orchestration and Automation. - Showcase expertise in Performance Tuning and Optimization of Power BI reports and SQL queries. - Administer the Power BI platform, configure & implement On-Premise Gateways, and lead capacity planning. - Optimize Workspaces and Datasets to promote ease of self-service. - Exhibit familiarity with Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning (ML) concepts for enhanced data insights. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Power BI reports.
