Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Utilize MS Excel to manage and analyze sales data, extracting actionable insights.
- Presentation Preparation: Develop compelling and professional presentations using MS PowerPoint for management-level meetings.
- Reporting: Create and maintain regular sales reports to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Strategic Support: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet commercial objectives.
- Pharma Sector Expertise: Apply industry knowledge to comprehend market dynamics and support sales operations.
Qualifications Required:
- Degree in Pharma/Life Sciences with an MBA in a relevant field and 5-8 years of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective presentation of insights and collaboration across teams.
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze sales, market, and business data to derive insights.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL is a plus.
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities through data-driven decision-making.
- Strong engagement with internal stakeholders, contributing to client interactions, sales strategy, and key account analysis.
- Adaptability & Initiative: Display eagerness to learn, multitask effectively, and operate independently or within teams with minimal supervision. Role Overview:
