Role Overview:
As a Lead - Analytics at PivotRoots, you will play a crucial role in driving data strategy and marketing intelligence across multiple brands. Your responsibilities will involve client leadership, team management, marketing analytics, performance insights, strategy development, and measurement. You will be expected to utilize your analytical skills to provide valuable insights and recommendations that shape decision-making at senior stakeholder levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary analytics lead across multiple clients, driving all analytical discussions, performance reviews, and strategic presentations.
- Build strong relationships with client marketing, media, and product teams.
- Understand client goals deeply and convert them into structured analytical problem statements.
- Present insights and recommendations that shape decision-making at senior stakeholder levels.
- Own timelines and ensure high-quality delivery across all analytical workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, analytical rigor, and innovation.
- Review outputs to ensure accuracy, insightfulness, and business relevance.
- Establish standard processes, frameworks, and best practices for analytics delivery.
- Own end-to-end digital marketing analytics across paid media, user acquisition, and retention/lifecycle funnels.
- Analyze performance across various digital channels to improve ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversions, and LTV.
- Work extensively with AppsFlyer for attribution analysis, install tracking, cohort insights, and channel performance evaluation.
- Conduct advanced analyses such as funnel diagnostics, cohort studies, incrementality testing, and attribution insights.
- Build KPI frameworks, dashboards, and automated reporting systems for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Deliver strategic, high-impact insights beyond reporting-highlighting opportunities, risks, and growth levers.
- Lead A/B test design, experiment measurement, and post-experiment analysis.
- Convert complex data patterns into simple, compelling narratives for leadership decision-making.
Qualifications Required:
Must-Have
- 7+ years of experience in digital/marketing analytics, preferably in a digital agency or high-growth digital-first brand.
- Strong command of SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Stats models), and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
- Deep knowledge of AppsFlyer and other MMPs-install tracking, cohort reporting, attribution windows, retargeting, and measurement setup.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders across multiple accounts.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Good-to-Have
- Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift or similar data warehousing environments.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4 Explorations.
- Exposure to CRM and engagement platforms (Braze, CleverTap, MoEngage).
