Lead Automation Quality Assurance Engineer

As a qualified candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Designing and maintaining automation frameworks for Web and API applications - Building automated regression and end-to-end test suites - Automating REST APIs using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar - Integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins - Performing performance testing using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter - Validating event-driven systems like Kafka and microservices - Collaborating with DevOps for AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes deployments - Analyzing logs using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace - Mentoring junior testers and promoting automation best practices In order to excel in this role, you are required to possess the following qualifications: - 8+ years of QA experience, with at least 5 years in automation - Proficiency in Selenium using Java or Python - Experience in API automation - Knowledge of microservices architecture - Exposure to AWS and CI/CD practices - Strong scripting skills, preferably in Python/Bash - Experience with database testing using SQL/NoSQL Additionally, it would be nice to have experience in the following areas: - Telecom or large enterprise background - Expertise in performance testing If you believe you meet the qualifications and are eager to take on these responsibilities, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
